30-60 minutes a day is all it’s going to take. Eat well. Eat good foods. Eat foods you’d be proud to tell the tumblr community about. Work hard. Push yourself. Test your limits. Get off tumblr, workout for 30 minutes, come back, and tell us all about it. Post pictures of your sweat stains. If you just ran a mile for the very first time, celebrate! Put it on tumblr, get praise, do it again. This can be fun. Fitblrs make losing weight, exercising, and eating healthy FUN. Fitblr or die. Reblog if you’re a fitblr who’s in it to win it!

Aww, thanks.  I think I get that from my mom, she’s 65 and looks way younger than her age.  My grandmother swears it’s the olive oil (we’re Italian decent).  Anyway, I’m in Cocoa Florida, which is just about directly east from Orlando on the Atlantic coast.

Today’s workout was so tough!  I’ve been doing the UFC personal trainer for a few weeks now, and I was starting to feel really strong.  Then today it threw a bunch of new moves at me.  At one point I had to pause and take a break because I thought I was going to throw up!  4 hours later and I’m already feeling sore from it.  I love this after-workout feeling!

Ugh - PMS and trying to eat cleaner/healthier do not mix!  I so badly want a huge deep fried chocolate bar!  With salt on top.  Oh, and my pants are extra tight today.  yuck….  At least I know I’ll feel better in a day or so.
